Been kickin' it in Bend, Oregon this weekend. Today we rode our bikes from the house to Mt. Bachelor ski area. For those of you who read this blog and have been to one of the ski trips to Bend, you'd be correct to assume it was a rather grueling ride. Lyn kicked my butt and arrived at the top a full 30 minutes ahead. Quite a blow to my manly ego. :) But in my recumbent-riding defense, I topped out around 50 mph on the extended downhill.
